Typical rates for a 4BR in the area (and Forest Ridge is one of the nicer areas and 16-2 Forest Ridge is one of the newer units of its style and furnished with better than the average cheapo seventies-looking condo furniture and motel art):
- $1,800 for a week
- $800 for a weekend
But, if I went through a rental agency, they'd take half and I'd worry about the place. So, my rates for friends and friends-of-friends who will take care of things and not make a huge mess and steal my CDs:
- $1200 for a week
- $600 for a weekend
